You can choose the appropriate treatment after determining the real reason for hair loss. Permanent baldness will require replacing lost hair with weaving or transplantation. Or you can opt for a wig or a hairpiece. Topical applications and prescription medicines are available, which will mainly help you retain what you are left with rather than encourage new growth.
